Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated Hospice Admissions RN for the Kansas City metro area (east), full-time. This role coordinates new patient admissions, conducts comprehensive assessments, educates patients and families, and partners with the care team to ensure a smooth hospice transition. The successful candidate will have an active Missouri RN license, current CPR, a valid driver’s license, and hospice experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aspire Talent Solutions
