Financial Analyst
Creative Financial Staffing
Cost AnalystServe as a key financial partner to plant leadership and directly influence operational decisions. Gain exposure to manufacturing finance, cost accounting, forecasting, inventory management, and process improvement initiatives. Opportunity to work cross-functionally with operations, production, and leadership teams.Analyze manufacturing metrics including labor efficiency, material costs, scrap, inventory, overhead, throughput, freight, and cost per unit. Perform standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, product costing, and ROI/business case evaluations. Investigate operational and financial trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and support month-end close activities. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, capital analysis, reporting, dashboards, and performance modeling. Support cost reduction initiatives by quantifying savings opportunities and validating financial results.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. Experience in manufacturing required. Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to build financial models and performance analyses. Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, Plex, or similar platforms.
