Human Resource Generalist

Job Description Manufacture and Retailer is a leading company in the manufacturing and retail sector, specializing in consumer products. Summary We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in managing HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee relations. The Human Resources Generalist will play a critical role in supporting our mission to create an engaging workplace for all employees. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. Oversee and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Manage employee evaluation processes to enhance performance and development. Lead process improvement initiatives within the company. Provide guidance on best practices. Utilize HRIS for data collection and reporting to inform decision-making. Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues effectively. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; or related experience . Proven experience in Human Resources or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of payroll systems such as Paycom. Excellent strategic planning and supervisory skills. Ability to analyze data and improve processes for efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr LPI INC
