Senior Manager, Analytics & Marketing Insights

Role Description

We're hiring a Senior Manager, Analytics & Marketing Insights to be the analytical backbone of our marketing organization. You’ll own analytics across the full marketing funnel — acquisition, brand, and retention — and turn complex data into clear recommendations on where to invest, what to test, and what to do next.

• Lead MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, executive reporting, and predictive modeling.
• Help evolve our analytics infrastructure.
• Inherit a strong foundation across BigQuery, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
• Play a key role in evaluating and transitioning to a more modern, AI-augmented analytics platform.
• Report to the Chief Retention Officer, providing strategic direction and expertise in analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, marketing analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Deep expertise in subscription and DTC unit economics, including CAC, ROAS, CPA, churn, LTV, and AOV.
• Hands-on experience with MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing, including reconciling conflicting model outputs.
• Experience with Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, or similar attribution/analytics platforms.
• Strong statistical modeling skills, including churn, LTV, and profitability modeling.
• Expert SQL and strong Python skills for transformation, automation, and modeling.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and causal inference.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms and migrating to new technologies.
• Proven ability to turn analysis into clear business recommendations and challenge assumptions when warranted.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to CEO/COO-level audiences.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage long-term projects.

Requirements

• Experience in a DTC + Amazon hybrid business, particularly measuring cross-channel halo effects.
• Experience with subscription, health & wellness, or supplements.
• Experience evaluating or migrating BI platforms such as Domo, Sigma, Looker, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and decisioning tools, including natural-language reporting, Hightouch, Braze, or similar.
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, or similar data pipeline tools.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring junior analysts.
