Integration (Informatica) Technical Manager

Your New Role WBD Integration team is seeking an Integration Technical Manager who will lead a small team and provide technical expertise supporting and enhancing the Integration suite (Informatica Power Center, IICS). The role focuses on ERP integration with platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and data warehouses like Teradata, Snowflake, Redshift. The candidate must have strong communication and analytical skills and be able to lead and execute technical tasks. Role Accountabilities Provide team leadership. Translate system requirements into technical integration requirements and prepare data flow diagrams or process models. Create, develop, test, and maintain integrations using tools such as Informatica, iPaaS, APIs. Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure quality and system health. Develop standards and processes to support integration projects. Educate team members and govern tool usage. Research and recommend integration products and services. Develop and mentor existing team members. Qualifications & Experiences 10+ years as an ETL/Integration developer, engineer, or architect. 5 years with Informatica Repository, Designer, Workflow, and Monitor. 3+ years of programming experience in Linux and Shell scripts. 3 years of experience setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting PowerCenter for SAP NetWeaver and SAP IDocs. Experience extracting SAP data sources using various integration methods. Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services and Cloud API Gateway configuration. Experience integrating on‑premises applications with SaaS applications. Experience integrating ERP applications such as SAP and Salesforce. Expertise translating business requirements into project design, development, and execution. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate to technical and non‑technical audiences. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of large‑scale application architecture, design, implementation, and performance tuning. Experience in modern DevOps/SRE practices such as CI/CD, performance monitoring, and incident management. Understanding of Python, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, and relational databases.
