Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Onyx Care of Jena, where we provide exceptional post-acute rehabilitation services to our patients. About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will be responsible for:

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures
Developing and implementing individualized care plans for each patient, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Monitoring patient progress and reporting any concerns or changes to the healthcare team
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, as well as other administrative tasks as needed
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
