Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse promotes and provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Demonstrates professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while providing the foundation of all patient-centered nursing care. Communicates with physicians and other nursing staff about patient needs, administering IV's and medications to aid in patient health and using medical equipment to monitor patient vital signs.

This opportunity is for a full-time weekend only nights position with the Palma Sola Free-Standing Emergency Room (Address: 633 75th Street West., Bradenton, FL 34209). Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of ED experience Current ER experience, required Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, and Monday

Qualifications:

• Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
• Current RN licensure in Florida
• Current BLS through American Heart Association
• Current ACLS through American Heart Association
• Current PALS through American Heart Association
• Current TNCC Certification
• Current NIH Stroke Certification
• CPI required within 6 months of hire
