- Supporting onboarding and maintaining employee records
- Managing purchasing and communication systems
- Providing general office and administrative support
- Coordinating with teams on medical records, data entry, and claims
- Assisting with personnel processes to ensure efficiency across the branch
- Manage and support administrative and non-clinical operations of the agency
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll and compliance under Branch Director supervision
- Assist with billing processes to support timely claim submission and minimize denials
- Participate in internal audits, surveys, and report preparation
- Maintain contracts, vendor records, and assist with medical records requests
- Support the Director with audits, licensure reviews, and compliance activities (QAPI, Complaints, EPP, etc.)
- Ensure all employee documentation and regulatory compliance requirements are met
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and other stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Understanding of relevant state and federal regulations governing home health care
- Understanding expense management
- Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
