Project Coordinator

External Partner Management (EPM) is a function within Product Development (PD) that plays a pivotal role in driving continuous optimization and readiness of the external network by fostering strong partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful development and delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical products. EPM is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities Manage SharePoint Manage all BMS SharePoint as secondary owner to support external activities. Create SharePoint for new external vendors. Support communication and manage access of external vendors to BMS SharePoint, resolve issues related to external partner access and usage. Create structural framework and organize SharePoint including migration of folders from old SharePoint to new SharePoint. Support Budget & Finance Related Activities Proactively resolve payment issues related to POs through collaboration with Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) and BMS payment organizations. Create and manage dashboards to visualize and organize data, as required. Help EPM team with other Finance-related activities. Support EPM Business Processes For Supplier Management Manage metrics to track performance for key suppliers. Create structural framework and organize approaches to streamline business processes. Other duties as required. Uphold a high level of professionalism in all communication with internal and external stakeholders by promptly responding to inquiries and requests. Facilitate Quality, EHSS And TPRM Related Activities Facilitate Quality Management System to activate and deactivate external vendors; collaborate effectively with appropriate stakeholders and subject matter experts to support the change management; monitor progress against established timelines and escalating issues when required. Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage on-time quality audit CAPA closure. Assist the EPM managers, business owner of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) process, in ensuring up-to-date assessment of suppliers. Assist EPM managers to manage and upload electronic documents ensuring compliance with company policies in support of external activities. Ensure adherence to best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) relevant to Product Development Quality, EHSS and TPRM. Required Competencies: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in creation & management of SharePoint and SharePoint List. Proficiency in MS excel, Power BI and other MS tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education Required Bachelor’s degree preferred in business analytics. 100% onsite 100% onsite Work Schedule Mon-Fri (normal business hours) Compensation Starting hourly compensation for this assignment ranges from $32 to $35.66 per hour.
