Performance Marketer - Content-Led Growth

82DASH is on a mission to help brands collect real, authentic content directly from their customers - turning everyday buyers into their most powerful growth channel. We're building a platform that helps ecommerce brands collect UGC, customer reviews, and feedback, while driving retention and repeat purchases through rewards. We're now looking for a Performance Marketer to own how 82DASH reaches Shopify and D2C brands - running paid acquisition and producing the creative that feeds it. The twist: you'll collect your own ad creative using 82DASH itself. We collect customer content for a living, so you'll run campaigns on our platform to source real customer video, photos, and reviews, then turn that into the ads and landing pages that acquire our next merchants. You'll be our most demanding user, and what breaks for you gets fixed in the product. Tasks Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google, with budget ownership from week one Run 82DASH campaigns to source UGC from our own merchants and their customers, and turn it into paid creative Ship a steady volume of ad assets - hooks, statics, UGC video cuts, testimonial edits - and test them against each other Write the copy that carries them: ads, landing pages, Shopify App Store listing, lifecycle email Build and test landing pages Report on CAC, CPA, and creative-level performance by channel - and kill what isn't working Feed back what the platform needs to make creative production faster, straight to product Requirements Hands-on experience running paid campaigns and owning a budget, however smallY ou can produce creative, not just brief it - basic editing and a good eye for a hook Comfortable with analytics; you can build a report and defend the numbersInterest in ecommerce, Shopify, D2C, or the creator economy You'd rather ship five tests than plan one Nice to have: SEO, lifecycle email, longer-form content, B2B SaaS experience Benefits Real budget and real ownership from day one, not a slot in a big team Work directly with the founders across product, growth, and GTM Direct line into the product - you use it daily, and your feedback ships Define the playbook at an early-stage company rather than inherit one #J-18808-Ljbffr 82DASH
