You care about excellence, take pride in following through, and are willing to do what it takes to get something across the finish line.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Personal Assistant SupportOwn and proactively manage personal calendars, appointments, reminders, and personal commitmentsCoordinate closely with existing Executive Assistants to ensure professional and personal schedules work seamlessly togetherAnticipate scheduling conflicts and logistical needs before they become problemsAssist with personal email and correspondence as neededCoordinate personal appointments, reservations, services, and other day-to-day logisticsManage personal bills, receipts, reimbursements, and expense organizationSort and manage mail, deliveries, packages, and important documentsMaintain organized personal records and administrative systemsAssist with thoughtful personal projects, gifts, reservations, and special occasionsProvide logistical support for an elderly family member, including appointment coordination and occasional transportationHandle airport drop-offs and pickups as neededTravel & Lifestyle SupportCoordinate with existing Executive Assistants on domestic and international travel logisticsPrepare the household and principals for upcoming travelManage packing and unpacking, wardrobe preparation, transportation, reservations, and other personal travel detailsEnsure the home, pets, vehicles, deliveries, and vendors are appropriately coordinated while the principals are awayOccasionally travel domestically or internationally to provide on-site logistical support during important trips or eventsAnticipate needs at hotels, events, and destinations so travel feels seamlessPrepare the home for a smooth return following travelHousehold & Property ManagementTake ownership of the day-to-day operation, organization, and readiness of the homeConduct routine property walk-throughs and proactively identify maintenance or operational needsMaintain and continually improve sageHaus LLC Defunct
