Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an experienced Dispatch Manager to lead a fast-paced dispatch operation supporting field-based services.
This hands-on leadership role oversees daily scheduling and dispatch operations while developing a strong, accountable team and coordinating between customers, field employees, and internal departments.
Must have previous dispatch AND management/supervisory experience to be considered.

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an experienced Dispatch Manager to lead a fast-paced dispatch operation supporting field-based services.
This hands-on leadership role oversees daily scheduling and dispatch operations while developing a strong, accountable team and coordinating between customers, field employees, and internal departments.
Must have previous dispatch AND management/supervisory experience to be considered.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of dispatchers.
- Oversee daily scheduling and dispatch to ensure efficient coverage and customer commitments are met.
- Monitor staffing, workloads, service demands, and changing priorities.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts, service issues, and operational challenges.
- Establish and improve dispatch procedures, workflows, and best practices.
- Partner with operations, field leadership, customer service, sales, and other departments.
- Track performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service.
- Support employee training, development, performance management, and accountability.
- Previous dispatch experience required.
- Previous management or supervisory experience required.
- Experience with scheduling, logistics, transportation, field services, or similar operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to stay organized and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with dispatch or scheduling software.
- Experience in transportation, construction, environmental services, or other field-based industries is a plus.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
