Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams. Build and manage customer relationships. Participate in sales calls, meetings, and quoting processes. Develop expertise in packaging solutions and manufacturing. Identify opportunities to grow accounts and drive revenue. Training & Development Structured onboarding and development program. Hands‑on exposure to plant operations and manufacturing. Mentorship from experienced sales leaders. Training in estimating, account management, and customer service. Clear path to advancement into an Account Manager role. Qualifications Expected graduation in 2026. Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration Marketing Supply Chain / Logistics Industrial Technology or Engineering Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
