Warehouse Associate - Shipping & Receiving

Position: Warehouse Associate - Shipping & Receiving Location: Cleveland, OH Job Id: 146 # of Openings: 1 Job Summary: Assure the proper loading of route trucks and transports to support OBC clients and customer satisfaction. It is essential that work be completed according to the time constraints of pre-scheduled departures of route trucks and transports. Able to work independently is a must. The operations of the work unit and the organization are affected by decisions made by this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All items loaded onto route trucks and transports are to be checked for accuracy and initialed on the load sheets. All route trucks and transports are to be loaded according to an approved procedure. Open communication to all team members about product discrepancies. Assist other areas of shipping when requested. Assure the proper rotation of dollies and packed products between the dock and packaging. All products entering the dock are to be counted. All frozen products not shipped are to be returned to the freezer Ensure efficient offloading of inbound product. All product must be counted and staged appropriately. May be asked to handle a forklift when needed. Must be certified through Orlando Baking Company.
