Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support members with questions related to their healthcare benefits. In this fully remote role, you will use your communication skills, compassion, and problem-solving abilities to create a positive customer experience while earning additional incentive opportunities based on performance.

Role and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls
• Assist members with healthcare benefit questions
• Resolve issues and document customer interactions
• Navigate multiple systems while meeting performance goals

Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Healthcare experience/medical terminology preferred
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
