The team works collaboratively with families and caregivers to ensure comfort, dignity, and compassion throughout the care journey. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Business Development Liaison role based in Toms River, NJ. The Business Development Liaison will build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources to increase awareness and utilization of Angelic Health’s hospice services. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach visits, presenting service offerings, following up on leads, and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory. The role will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new referrals and to address partner needs promptly. The Business Development Liaison will also monitor market trends, participate in community events, and provide feedback to leadership on growth strategies and service improvements. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships. Execution of outreach campaigns, events, and partnership initiatives on time and within scope. Prior experience in business development, healthcare, hospice, home health, or related fields is preferred.
