As a Registered Nurse on our PER_DIEM team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering high-quality care to our patients. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
