Event Staff

We’re looking for dependable, hard-working team members to support our growing event production company! This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role supporting event load-ins, strike (load-outs), and warehouse floral production days. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, physical work, and being part of bringing beautiful events to life — we’d love to connect. What You’ll Do Assist with loading and unloading event rentals, décor, and floral installations Support onsite event setup and breakdown Help organize and prep materials in our warehouse Assist during floral production days (processing flowers, prepping arrangements, organizing inventory) Work collaboratively with our design and production team Requirements Ability to lift 25–50 lbs repeatedly Reliable transportation (event locations vary) Strong work ethic and punctuality Comfortable working early mornings and/or late nights when needed Positive attitude and team-player mindset Event, production, warehouse, or floral experience is a plus — but not required Position Details Contract / as-needed basis Hours vary based on event schedule Opportunity for ongoing work for the right candidates Great fit for freelancers, students, or those looking for flexible supplemental income If you’re dependable, physically capable, and excited to work in a creative event environment, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Muse Events
