As a Binbox Event Staff Member , you'll be the face of our company at sporting events, concerts, festivals, and other live entertainment venues. You'll help customers use the Binbox app, assist with locker rentals, and ensure every guest has a positive experience.

• Welcome and assist customers with using the Binbox mobile app.
• Help customers complete locker rental transactions.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and proactive customer service.
• Troubleshoot basic app, payment, or locker issues.
• Support guests with varying levels of smartphone and technology experience.
• Set up and break down Binbox locker stations before and after events.
• Perform basic equipment checks, including battery replacement and minor locker adjustments.
• Work independently or alongside a team depending on event size.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Represent the Binbox brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps (iPhone and Android).
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Flexible schedule with availability for afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to stay until event operations have concluded, which may extend beyond scheduled end times.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds .

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience.
• Experience assisting customers with mobile apps or technology.
• Cashless or point-of-sale transaction experience is a plus.
