Job Description

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and create personalized therapy interventions aimed at achieving their physical and mental wellness goals.
• Implement Evidence-Based Practices: Employ a range of proven techniques to improve motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily functional tasks for your patients.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Partner with an array of professionals - OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff - to deliver integrative and all-encompassing patient care.
• Educate Patients and Family Members: Empower both patients and their caregivers through knowledge of therapeutic techniques that facilitate continued success in home settings.
• Track Progress and Adapt Treatments: Consistently monitor outcomes and modify therapy plans to ensure patients are progressing on their paths to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Commitment to lifelong learning, including continued education and certifications, is encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
