Your Role

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft customized therapy approaches to help them achieve their unique functional objectives.
• Implement Effective Interventions: Utilize best practices to develop patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday living tasks.
• Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques that promote continuous progress at home.
• Track and Evaluate Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and refine treatment strategies to keep patients on track towards their goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized and accredited program
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development, including obtaining post-graduate certifications

Licensure and Certification

• Valid OTR/L license
• NBCOT accreditation required
