Overview
Desert Valley Medical Group is affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital, which offers heart care, emergency services, labor and delivery, and surgical services to the community.
Responsibilities
- Primary Care (BC or BE Family Medicine) (may support local Family Medicine Residency Program, optional)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 AM to 5 PM)
- Position in Victorville, CA – about 45 minutes from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary $250,000–$300,000 plus productivity bonus
- Sign‑on bonus and relocation allowance

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
Pay Transparency
Compensation estimate for this role is between $250,000-$300,000. Final salary will consider skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
