Responsibilities Full‑time academic hospitalist role combining patient care with the opportunity to educate and mentor resident physicians. Responsible for rounding with Internal Medicine residents and serving as core faculty for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. Day shift coverage with academic responsibilities; occasional primary care and ICU coverage. Will conduct procedures as required. Monthly weekend coverage (1 weekend per month). Primary care shifts may be required; J‑1 visa sponsorship available. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional ICU open coverage. Position located in Victorville, CA; approximately 45 minutes from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga. Qualifications Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine. Valid California medical license or ability to obtain one. Strong commitment to resident education and academic excellence. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $275,000 per year, with a semi‑annual production bonus in addition to base salary. Sign‑on bonus and relocation reimbursement for full‑time positions.
