Overview Our client, an industry leader in construction and safety management, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 5 to join their dedicated team. As a Construction Safety Manager 5, you will be an integral part of the safety and compliance department supporting project operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title Job Title: Construction Safety Manager 5 Location Sturtevant, WI Pay Range Pay Range: $76.10-$83.70 Hourly What’s the Job? Supervise and coordinate safety protocols across construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards. Implement measures to motivate employees and improve safety practices and procedures. Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve safety-related issues. Develop and enforce safety training programs and safety tracking systems. Maintain safety records, prepare reports, and monitor safety performance metrics. What’s Needed? High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred. 10+ years of experience in construction safety management or related roles. Strong knowledge of safety regulations, equipment, and safety management systems. Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
