Our client is looking for someone to work in their fast-paced property management office! Ideal candidate will have some experience Dispatching technicians or related experience and familiar with Property Management.
** Job Duties: **
- Schedule/coordinate all maintenance requests
- Track repairs to confirm they are complete
- Dispatch appropriate personnel to complete required duties
- Handle multiple maintenance requests daily
- Keep track of all inspections- State / Fire Dept / Housing etc.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Must be well organized and detail oriented
** Hours: ** Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm
