At Little Squirts, we offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to children from birth to 18 years old. Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $78,000 to $100,000 based on experience, along with benefits including Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, and Paid Time Off, continuing education, paid licensure and malpractice insurance.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Evaluate and document patient progress
• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and practices
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist

Nice to Have Skills:

• Sensory integration
• Interoception training
• Knowledge of language therapy techniques
• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy
