As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist you will WOW clients now and in the future by building client relationships, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean, organized office. Key Responsibilities Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs Schedule clients as desired Ensure all client needs are met during service (in person, over the phone, or virtually) Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Flexible schedule and ability to work in multiple locations Sales or marketing experience (preferred) Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑service environment Strong organizational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking skills Computer proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Office Your Expertise Experience working in a fast‑paced environment Previous customer‑service experience Ability to multi‑task Strong organizational and time‑management skills Computer proficient with Microsoft Office Benefits Employee Assistance Program with Health Advocate Wellbeing program, BetterYou Neurodiversity and caregiver support Various discounts on everyday items and services Medical Coverage, 401k Retirement Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (additional eligibility requirements) Pay Range $15.50 - $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Pay range information is posted per local requirements. Individual pay depends on experience, education, skill, performance, and location.
