Express Service Advisor

Position The Boucher Dealerships of Waukesha are hiring an Express Service Advisor for their growing service departments. Sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates! This is an entry‑level position. Responsibilities Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customers’ descriptions of symptoms. Clarify the description of problems. Conduct inspections and test drives. Check vehicle maintenance records and examine service schedules. Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, causes, and required repairs and services. Obtain approval signatures and enter repair orders into a service database system. Requirements No prior automotive experience needed; willing to train the right candidate. Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge. Motivated self‑starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast‑paced environment, and have a positive attitude.
