We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC , including Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor/Third-Party Risk Management .
• Configure and customize Risk Assessments, Controls, Policies, Indicators, Issues, Attestations, and Compliance workflows .
• Develop using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer .
• Build and enhance workflows, notifications, approvals, reports, and dashboards for GRC processes.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps .
• Translate business, risk, compliance, and audit requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Support testing, deployments, upgrades, data migration, production issues, and platform enhancements .
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security, and role-based access controls .

Mandatory Certification:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
