Role Description The Sales Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Voorhees, NJ. This position supports sales and marketing initiatives by coordinating outreach campaigns, preparing sales materials, and assisting with client communications. Daily responsibilities include drafting and editing marketing content, updating presentations and collateral, tracking lead and campaign performance, and maintaining organized project timelines. The coordinator will help plan and execute events and meetings, collaborate with advisors and internal teams, and ensure consistent branding across communications. This role involves administrative support for social media platforms, website management, sales activities, data entry into CRM tools, and basic reporting to help optimize marketing and sales efforts. Qualifications Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, professional client and marketing materials. Proven Sales support experience, with the ability to assist in lead follow-up, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting. Event Planning capabilities to coordinate seminars, webinars, and client-facing events. Effective Project Management skills to manage multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and maintain organized workflows. Proficiency with office productivity and CRM tools, and familiarity with basic marketing platforms. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment. Background or interest in financial services, insurance, or wealth management is preferred. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
