Payroll Operations Lead (ADP, Multi-State)

Talentify is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to own the full payroll process for a 200+ employee population in Vancouver, WA. This hands-on role requires solving complex issues, improving processes, and serving as the primary payroll resource for employees and managers. You will manage semi-monthly payroll in ADP Workforce Now, handle changes, deductions, taxes, and reconciliations, and partner with HR and Accounting.
