Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract opportunity welcomes both experienced SLPs with their CCC and strong Clinical Fellows ready to take the next step in their careers. With four positions available, you'll collaborate with dedicated educational professionals, help develop communication skills for diverse learners, and be integral to student growth and achievement.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license (upload screenshot of license with your application)
• Professional Educator License (PEL) for Illinois (upload screenshot of PEL with your application)
• Strong Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
• Ability to work effectively with students in K-12 settings
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assess students for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on IEPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services in an engaging, student-focused manner
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and compliance with district and state requirements
• Support new hire orientation activities (8/12–8/14) as part of onboarding for the 2026-2027 school year
• Engage with a variety of student caseloads (TBD) to address diverse communication needs across grade levels

This onsite contract position offers a consistent 35-hour workweek in a collaborative and dynamic special education setting. You'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience, work alongside seasoned professionals, and play a role in shaping student futures.
