CNC Machine Operator

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $20–$25 per hour (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC equipment to produce high-quality components that meet precise specifications and customer requirements.

What You'll Do

CNC Machine Operation

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to production schedules and specifications

• Load raw materials, tooling, and fixtures for machining operations

• Run production jobs while monitoring machine performance and output quality

• Verify machine settings, tooling, and program requirements before production runs

• Perform test runs and make adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications

Quality & Precision

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions

• Verify dimensions and tolerances to ensure quality standards are met

• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or process issues and communicate concerns promptly

Equipment Maintenance & Safety

• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning

• Monitor coolant levels, lubrication systems, and machine performance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations

• Assist with troubleshooting minor machine or tooling issues

What We're Looking For

• Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Experience using precision measuring instruments

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Basic math skills, including understanding measurements, geometry, and tolerances

• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• CNC setup experience

• Experience working with G-Code programs

• Manufacturing or machining experience in a production environment

• Technical school, vocational training, or machining certifications

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
