CNC Operator Now Hiring CNC Operator Location: Monroe, NC Pay Rate: $26.50 $28.00 per hour Schedule: (1st Shift | MondayThursday | 5:00 AM 3:30 PM) (2nd Shift | Monday Thursday | 3:00 PM 1:30 AM) (Weekend Shift | Friday Sunday | 5:00 AM 5:30 PM) Position Type: Direct Hire Start with our client DAY 1! Requirements: Minimum 12 months of CNC machining experience required Ability to read and interpret shop orders, layouts, and process control documents Basic computer skills Strong math skills, including working with fractions and measurements Experience using calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools Ability to change tooling and make machine offsets as needed Experience operating punch presses preferred Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining production goals Job Duties: Operate CNC (Elu) machinery to fabricate door components to customer specifications Read and interpret job orders and production instructions Select appropriate materials and quantities for each production order Load and run pre-set CNC programs according to customer requirements Inspect raw materials for defects before machining Perform de-burring and finishing operations on completed parts Measure parts and adjust machine offsets to maintain precise tolerances Change, inspect, and measure tooling as needed Monitor production output and meet daily production goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and support continuous safety improvements Perform additional duties as assigned by production leadership Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
