As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional manner Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information at each visit Obtain required signatures on consent and privacy forms Collect copays, balances, and other payments Schedule, reschedule and confirm patients' appointments Answer phone Maintain a clean and inviting environment Provide patients with necessary forms, instructions, or referrals Chart prep Take Vitals Requirements Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Familiar with computers and scheduling software Excellent multi-tasking skills
