• Start: Feb 16-20, March 23-27, March 30-April 3, April 13-19, May 11-15, May 25-29, June 8-12, ongoing 5 weeks on/1 week off

• Hours: 7 am - 4 pm
\n
• Call hours: 4 pm - 7 am
\n
• Call Scheduled: OR and OB call - Primary and Secondary call
\n
• Types of cases required: ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO. Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
\n
• License Requirements: COI - IN PCF required
\n
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
\n
