Deliver personalized one-on-one speech therapy that encompasses communication, language skills, fluency, vocal enhancement, and swallowing techniques. Provide educational resources to patients and families to promote continued progress beyond clinical sessions. Participate in inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions when required, ensuring seamless continuity of care. Engage in ongoing professional development and learning to remain current with advancements in the field. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist . A preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hiring.
