Remote Sr. Payroll Tax Analyst

Our client is looking for a Remote Sr. Payroll Tax Analyst for a 6+ month position (possible extension/conversion) ** ALTHOUGH THIS ROLE IS REMOTE YOU MUST BE LOCATED IN NEW JERSEY!!** HRS: 40hrs a week (M-F 9am-6pm ET) PAY: $45-$49/hr DOE ** MUST have Workday and ADP experience ** Responsibilities:

• Prepares sales/use, business license, and other indirect tax returns.
• Tracks returns and payments to ensure due dates are met by filing and paying timely.
• Prepares account reconciliations and payment requests.
• Gathers necessary documentation from internal resources to complete applications and returns.
• Assists with indirect tax audits.
• Performs tax research including licensing requirements, tax rates, etc.

Requirements:

• Experience in handling payroll taxes for multiple states and a minimum of 5000 employees
• Knowledge and familiarity with ADP and Workday systems
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years of payroll tax or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5 years of payroll tax experience required

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $45.00 - $49.00
