If you’re ready to shape the future of fabrication, come build it with us.**Your Impact:**We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy** who will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing marketing strategies, and providing valuable insights to support our growth objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of customer segmentation and targeting, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international, high-growth environment to deliver results**What You’ll Do:*** Define customer segments and size markets to decide where Formlabs should grow next* Build the business case for how to win a segment, then own the execution and delivery* Structure analysis and build data-driven models that guide real decisions* Partner with senior leaders across the business to drive alignment**About You:*** 3 to 10 years of experience in Strategy roles or on Strategy projects as a Management Consultant OR experience in scaling business from 1 to 10.* Experience in industry research and customer segmentation* Experience working with executive leaders and are willing to debate and push back* Are able to structure analysis & build data-driven models* Have a growth mindset. The base pay will be determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and expected impact on the organization.The annual base pay range for this role is:$100,000—$200,000 USD
