Performs all assigned duties in a safe and effective manner. Duties include but are not limited to taking and recording vital signs, toileting, dressing, bathing, grooming, and transferring patients/residents. Additional indirect care duties include maintaining patient and resident areas in a clean and neat fashion. Continually orients residents/patients to their environment and interacts with residents/patients, family members, staff and others in a positive and respectful manner./ph3Qualifications/h3pHigh School diploma or equivalent required plus NYS Certificate as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
