Job Summary The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley, a prestigious healthcare provider, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Poughkeepsie, New York. As a valued member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their wellness goals and regain their independence. Responsibilities Evaluate and develop treatment plans for residents based on medical diagnosis Implement treatment plans to improve residents' functional independence Assess and document progress of residents in detailed re-certifications, progress reports, and daily notes Maintain documentation of Resident care services by auditing Resident & Department records Supervise occupational therapy assistants and participate in care plan meetings and documentation Plan, develop, and organize OT-related reports and data tracking as directed by the Rehab Director Assist in departmental projects as needed Requirements Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Current New York State OT License Experience is a plus Benefits Competitive Compensation Great Benefits Package Professional Growth & Stability Innovative Training Programs And much more!
