Our onboarding and development processes are unparalleled. Your first five days with us will be an exciting, immersive experience. You'll hone a focused skill set, from mastering lead conversion techniques to delivering outstanding buyer/seller presentations and excelling in contract expertise. Our goal? To have you showcasing properties and closing deals as swiftly as possible.

What we look for in our agents:

1. A commitment to serving sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions
2. Proficiency in preparing residential purchase contracts and listing agreements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Self-determined schedule, Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay
