Specialized Caseload

Competitive Compensation

We do not currently offer traditional benefits packages. Instead, we focus on offering higher compensation to help offset that difference while maintaining a supportive and sustainable work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality 1-on-1 treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Help patients progress toward functional goals with individualized care
• Collaborate closely with PTs in a team-focused environment
• Utilize modern technology and evidence-based treatment approaches
• Build meaningful relationships with appreciative patients

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Ohio
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Desire to learn and grow clinically
• Passion for helping patients improve quality of life
