Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise programs, and appropriate activity modification, under the supervision of the OT and DOR. Education/Qualifications Associate’s Degree from an accredited college Current and valid license granted by the state of employment Current and valid OTA license granted by the state of employment Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software programs, including service delivery software and electronic health record software Shift & Wage Part-Time and PRN opportunities available Shifts Needed: 1st Wage: Competitive Program details vary by facility; please see HR for facility-specific benefit plans We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
