If you are a certified Toyota ASM, we want to talk to you. If you are an experienced ASM with Reynolds and Reynolds knowledge we want to talk to you.

Stokes Toyota of Beaufort offers great compensation package. We offer up to a $2,500 sign on bonus for the right candidate with the right experience! Toyota Certified, Expert, Master or other manufacture experience is preferred!

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department.

Qualifications

• Must be a top performer willing to go above and beyond for customers
• Outstanding in work ethic and follow through
• Must have at least 1 year experience in automobile service
• Self-motivated, organized and driven to succeed
• Must possess a valid driver's license
