Role Overview

As Restaurant General Manager, you'll deliver exceptional guest experiences while leading a diverse culinary team. Your responsibilities include front-line guest engagement, sales analysis for maximum profitability, and maintaining rigorous standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization.

Key Responsibilities

We serve delicious, high-quality food that keeps guests coming back. To achieve this, you'll:

Build, lead, and develop a dynamic, diverse team
Engage directly with guests to create memorable experiences
Work hands-on with your team on the service line
Analyze sales data and control expenses, payroll, and inventory
Apply exceptional attention to detail in safety, cleanliness, and organization

Required Qualifications

Minimum two years of restaurant management experience
Proficiency in financial management, including P&Ls and cost of goods sold
Valid food handler certification
Ability to handle shellfish and tolerate shellfish allergen exposure
Flexible scheduling availability
