Patient Services Representative

To support a growing healthcare practice, the part‑time Patient Services Representative will manage patient calls, resolve inquiries, and update account information while working remotely. Key responsibilities Receive and handle patient/client calls, ensuring a positive experience Review accounts to obtain insurance information and process payments or referrals as necessary Perform pre-verifications for eligibility and communicate any Patient Services issues identified Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two years of experience in a healthcare setting or insurance-related field Previous call center experience is highly desirable Fluency in Spanish, both oral and written, is a plus Strong working knowledge of medical terminology and billing practices preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
