Role Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager Employment type: Full‑time Location: Church's # 4490 Responsibilities Assisting the GM in selection, guidance, training, and performance management of team members. Demonstrating the ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced work environment. Responsible management of the restaurant's P&L statement. Executing training and marketing programs. Qualifications 2–3 years of restaurant experience. Must be bilingual. Demonstrate strong people skills including the ability to develop a team and deliver superior guest service.
