Senior Brand Manager

A dynamic and rapidly expanding company specializing in eCommerce solutions is looking for a seasoned Sr. Brand Manager with a proven track record in digital strategy. This role is pivotal in driving marketplace growth for brand partners, acting as the primary liaison and strategic lead. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven strategies while ensuring optimal performance and growth for partners. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader with expertise in eCommerce platforms, marketing, and performance management. Responsibilities Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships as the main point of contact for brand partners, aligning on goals and objectives. Strategic Growth: Develop data-informed plans to drive sales growth, product optimization, and marketplace expansion. P&L Management: Oversee partner financial performance, aligning strategies with profit and growth targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, creative, and operational teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and streamline project workflows. Performance Analytics: Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate brand performance and recommend strategic improvements. Project Oversight: Manage cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). 7+ years of eCommerce, digital marketing, or brand management experience, with a focus on marketplace expansion. Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive eCommerce strategies for major brands. Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and plans. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to manage stakeholder relationships. Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.
