What You'll Do

You'll be the go-to person keeping our residential and office sites safe, functional, and in good shape. Most days you'll work independently, choosing the best way to get the job done.

General Maintenance & Repairs

• Routine + emergency maintenance across multiple sites
• Safety-related work orders completed same day or within 24 hours
• Basic construction tasks such as:
  • Drywall repair
  • Interior doors, locks, and hardware
  • Shelving, cabinetry, storage installs
  • Light framing or reinforcement
• Basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance troubleshooting
• Ensuring all work meets safety and code standards

Facility & Grounds Upkeep

• Interior/exterior upkeep
• Routine inspections for hazards or maintenance needs

Safety & Compliance

• Follow OSHA basics and use proper PPE
• Maintain a safe environment for clients and staff
• Respect and protect vulnerable adults
• Understand and follow HIPAA guidelines

Operational Responsibilities

• Communicate work order status and timelines
• Coordinate with the Director of Operations and site staff
• Attend trainings and meetings
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule (future)
• Overtime available but never required

Minimum Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Experience in maintenance, handyman work, or construction
• Basic knowledge of:
  • HVAC
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Plumbing
  • Building codes
  • OSHA safety
• Able to lift 60+ lbs and be on your feet most of the day
• Strong communication + ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license + clean driving record
• Able to pass background check + drug screening
• Professional, respectful conduct with clients
